John Locke has this seriously cool vision he's called "Department of Urban Betterment." I really admire it! A great example: Since mobile phones have taken over, he's designed a way to transform ubiquitous NYC public telephone booths into free guerrilla libraries, that any old passersby can borrow from and add to. Genius!
